Realizing the reality of God I

"For the word of God is alive and strong and sharper than any double-edged sword, and penetrates until it separates soul and spirit, even marrow and leg, and is a judge of the thoughts and senses of the heart" (Hebrews 4,12) said: "I am the way and the truth and the life" (Joh. 14,6). He also said, "This is eternal life, that they may know thee, the only true God whom you have sent, Jesus Christ." (Jn 17,3) To know and experience God - that is what it is all about Life.

God created us to have a relationship with him. The essence, the core of eternal life, is that we know "God and know Jesus Christ" whom He has sent. Recognizing God does not come through a program or a method, but through a relationship with a person.

As the relationship develops, we come to understand and experience the reality of God. Is God real to you? Do you experience him every moment of every day?

Follow Jesus

Jesus says, "I am the way and the truth and the life." (Joh 14,6) Please note that Jesus did not say "I will show you the way," or "I will give you a road map," but "I am the way", If we come to God to seek His will, what question would you most like to ask Him? Lord, show me what I should do according to your will? When, how, where and with whom? Show me what will happen. Or: Lord, just tell me one step at a time, then I'll implement it. If you follow Jesus one day at a time, will you be at the very center of God's will for your life? If Jesus is our way, then we need no other guidelines or road map.

God invites you to join him in his work

"Seek first for the kingdom of God and for his righteousness, and all this will come to you. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will see to it. It is enough that every day has its own plague "(Mt 6,33-34).

God is absolutely trustworthy

  • so you want to follow God one day at a time
  • so you will even follow him if you have no details
  • so that you allow it to be your way

"For it is God who works in both of you, the willing and the doing, the good pleasure." (Phil 2,13) The biblical accounts show that God always takes the initiative in involving people in his work, if we have the Father Looking around us, this is our invitation from him to join us in this work, can you remember in the light of those times when God has invited you to do something, and you have not responded?

God is constantly working around you

"But Jesus answered them: My Father works until this day, and I work also ... Then Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but only what he sees the father doing; because what does this, the same does the son. For the Father loves the Son, and shows him all that he does, and will show him greater works, so that you will marvel "(Jn 5,17, 19-20).

Here is a model for your personal life and for the church. What Jesus spoke about was a love relationship through which God attains his purposes. We do not have to figure out what to do for God because He is always working around us. We must follow Jesus' example and look to God for what he does every moment. Our responsibility is then to join our factory.

Then look for where God is at work and join him! God is pursuing a lasting love relationship with you that is real and personal: "But Jesus answered him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the highest and highest bid "(Mt 22,37-38).

Knowing everything in your life as a Christian, including knowing him, experiencing him and knowing his will depends on the quality of your love relationship with God. You can describe the love relationship with God simply by saying, "I love you with all my heart." God created us to have a love affair with him.If the relationship is not right, then everything else in life will be the same not being alright A love relationship with God is more important than any other single factor in your life!
