The difficult way

050 the difficult way"For he himself said, 'I will not withdraw my hand from you, nor will I forsake you'" (Hebrews 13:5).

What do we do when we cannot see our path? It is probably not possible to go through life without having the worries and problems that life brings with it. Sometimes these are almost unbearable. Life, it seems, is unfair at times. Why is that so? We would like to know. Much unpredictable plagues us and we wonder what that means. This is nothing new, human history is full of complaints, but it is not possible to fathom all of this at the moment. But when we lack knowledge, God gives us something in return that we call faith. We have faith where we lack the overview and full understanding. If God gives us faith, then we move forward in trust, even if we cannot see, understand or guess how things should go on.

When we face difficulties, God gives us faith that we don't have to shoulder the burden alone. When God, who cannot lie, promises something, it is as if it were already a reality. What Does God Tell Us About Troubled Times? Paul reports to us in 1. Corinthians 10:13 “You have not yet caught any temptation other than human; But God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond your ability, but will also create the exit with the temptation so that you can endure it. "

This is supported and further explained by 5. Genesis 31:6 and 8: "Be firm and steadfast; do not be afraid and do not be afraid of them. For the Lord your God goes with you; he will not withdraw his hand from you and will not leave you. But the Lord goes before you; he will be with you and will not withdraw his hand from you and will not leave you; fear not and be bold.”

It does not matter what we go through or where we have to go, we never do it alone. The fact is, God is already waiting for us! He has gone ahead of us to prepare for us a way out.

If we accept the faith that God offers us, we trustfully surrender to all that life gives us to master.
